Customer Service Representative 

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating positive client experiences while supporting our cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments based on client needs and team availability
  • Provide detailed service information and accurate price quotes to potential clients
  • Process service orders and maintain client records in our management system
  • Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
  • Collaborate with cleaning teams to ensure service quality and timely completion
  • Support retention efforts through customer relationship management
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
