Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating positive client experiences while supporting our cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments based on client needs and team availability
- Provide detailed service information and accurate price quotes to potential clients
- Process service orders and maintain client records in our management system
- Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
- Collaborate with cleaning teams to ensure service quality and timely completion
- Support retention efforts through customer relationship management
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
